GTM engineering is the work of wiring go-to-market tooling and workflows — enrichment, routing, sequencing, and event pipelines — so outbound, PLG, and sales motions scale without proportional headcount. It is a technical subset of revenue engineering, focused specifically on the plumbing that lets a go-to-market motion run reliably at volume.
