We sit in the operator's chair — and own the number.
mxdify was founded by operators. We have sat in the chair, owned the number, and shipped the systems that decided whether the quarter hit.

Andrew Eastlick
Andrew Eastlick is co-founder of Mxdify, where he leads growth strategy, go-to-market, and client engagements. He spent nearly 13 years at GoDaddy, rising to Senior Director of Revenue, GTM and Operations, where he owned P&Ls across a professional services business with $400M in P&L ownership, ran a global experimentation lab supporting 900+ sales reps, and built the measurement and data systems that growth decisions depended on. His career pattern is consistent: instrument the business, run disciplined experiments, scale what the data proves. At Mxdify he applies that operating system to digital health, telehealth, and funded B2B SaaS companies that are spending on growth but can't cleanly tie it to revenue. He lives in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho with his wife and kids.

Build AND decide.
Most firms either build the plumbing or make the calls. We do both, because we have been the operator on the other side of the table, accountable to the number at the end of the quarter.
